AdamAdam is at the heart of the business. With over 20 years of experience in the irrigation industry across the world, Adam has a wealth of specialist irrigation and controller knowledge that is unrivalled in the industry, which includes leading an array of projects that are of international standards.
In 2018, Adam created Irrigation By Design. With his can do attitude and strong skillset, he is often called upon when no one else can diagnose or solve an issue with an irrigation system. He has created a company whose reputation is highly regarded in the industry.
In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, camping and spending time with his family at the lake.
WillWill joined the company in 2019. With a strong farming background and an agricultural science degree behind him, he has a strong eye for detail.
Having previously worked with Adam, the foundations were already in place to enable the business to grow and diversify. As a result, Irrigation By Design has been able to undertake a variety of agricultural jobs and execute larger projects across the country.
Outside of work, Will likes to spend time in the hills hunting, trail running and mountain biking.
